Your original receipt is required for all returns or exchanges. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all packaging and accessories. The NinerTech Computer Store reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return.
7 Day Return Policy:
We accept returns or exchanges 7 calendar days from the original purchase date on all UNOPENED items purchased online or in-store.
Non-returnable items include software, consumable items (such as gift cards), or items that are damaged or abused.
ALL clearance items are non-returnable.
Departments orders are FINAL SALE.
Open Box Returns:
OPEN BOX ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Open items that may be eligible for exchanges include; Apple items that are inoperable upon first use or otherwise defective within the first 7 days of original purchase. Non-Apple branded/Third Party Products:
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer’s standard warranties.
Refund Method will be in the same form as original purchase. Cash purchases over $50 will be refunded in the form of a mail check within 30 business days of return.
